The Challenge

Sales is experiencing a decline in sales, motivation and the ability to track numbers by team, region and individual.

The Solution

After several interviews with Sales Leaders and representatives our research showed that the solution is to design a sales performance app that will track numbers, incentivize top performers through competitions, stats, and prizes. The app will have the following features: Leaderboard, Scorecard, Prize Vault, Competition Page.
